At Qtways, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

All return and refund requests must be initiated by contacting our Customer Care team. Returns or refunds will only be processed after approval from our support team.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Used products are not eligible for return.

3. Refund & Processing

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and process the refund within 3 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our customer care team for assistance.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used are not eligible for return or refund.
